Refund & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please return the item(s) to us within 14 days of the purchase or order delivery date.

Petibisou is happy to offer free returns for a full item refund to your original form of payment. Returned items must be in their original conditions(unworn and undamaged) with the tag still attached, and ideally in original packaging if applicable. 

If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, then we will refund you in the form of store credit for any future purchases on our website, if your item(s) is for  eligible a return/refund.

To complete your return, please add your receipt or proof of purchase to your unworn/undamaged item(s).
 Please ship your package via a trackable method such as USPS, DHL or FedEx, as Petibisou cannot be responsible for items lost while in transit.

Refunds (if applicable)

After the first 10 days of delivery, we DO NOT issue a refund, and if the buyer wants to return the items, we will be happy to issue store credit or exchange the items. Once your return is received and inspected, our Customer Service Department will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If your refund is rejected (due to the item found used, washed and/or damaged), then we will mail your package back to you. If applicable we will give you store credit.

You will be refunded automatically via store credit once we have received your returned items. 


Any shipping costs for exchanged goods are borne by the buyer, and we do not accept responsibility for the loss of goods being exchanged. We suggest using a trackable shipping service when returning. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We will provide you store credit!


Black Friday & Cyber Monday

Black Friday & Cyber Monday sales are not cash refundable and free exchange policy does not apply. All the shipping costs on returning or exchanging goods are borne by the buyer.
